LLC “NOVATEK-Kamchatka” is implementing a large-scale project for the construction of Marine transshipment complex for transshipment of LNG from gas tankers of reinforced ice class to gas tankers without ice reinforcement and storage of LNG in floating gas storage facilities with a capacity of 21.7 million tons per year.

We remind that the Design Institute JSC “GT Morstroy”, starting in 2018, has consistently developed pre-Project proposals, a Declaration of intent to invest in the construction and design documentation for this object.

 LLC “Ultramar” is implementing a large-scale project to build a new terminal for transshipment of mineral fertilizers in the port of Ust-Luga with a capacity of 12 million tons per year, start –up of which will eliminate deficit of port capacity for transshipment of fertilizers in the ports of the North-West of Russia.

We remind that the Design Institute JSC “GT Morstroy”, since 2008, has consistently developed pre-Project proposals, a Declaration of intent to invest in the construction and design documentation for this object.

At the first stage of the project, it is planned to create an Artificial Land plot, shore protection and water area. The first stage structures are under construction.

The customer is LLC « NOVATEK-Murmansk».

Developer of the section " Procedures for environmental protection" - LLC «Eco-Express-Service».

The Design Institute JSC «GT Morstroy» has successively developed pre-project proposals, project documentation for this project.

The facility is designed for liquefied natural gas (LNG) loading from ice-class gas carriers of the Christophe De Margerie type on gas carriers without ice strengthening by the "Board-Board" method for delivery to consumers.

The following structures are designed as part of the facility:

- water area;

- temporary offshore mooring for LNG transshipment by the "Board-Board" method»;

- the Multifunctional vessel’s unfastening, where the personnel works and lives;

- means of the ship traffic control System, navigation and transport security

The Design Institute JSC «GT Morstroy» has successively developed pre-project proposals, Declaration of intent, project documentation for this project.

The facility is designed for liquefied natural gas (LNG) loading from ice-class gas carriers of the Christophe De Margerie type on floating gas storage facilities, LNG storage and LNG loading on gas carriers without ice strengthening for delivery to consumers.

The following structures are designed as part of the facility:

- sea channel with dredging;

- water area;

- anchor-chain unfastening of 2 floating gas storages;

- temporary offshore mooring for LNG transshipment by the «Board-Board» method»;

- the Multifunctional vessel’s unfastening, where the personnel works and lives;

- means of the ship traffic control System, navigation and transport security

The customer is LLC «Ultramar».

Ultramar is implementing a large-scale construction project of new terminal for transshipment of mineral fertilizers in the Ust-Luga port with a capacity of 12 million tons per year, its launch will eliminate the shortage of port capacities for transshipment of fertilizers in the ports of the North-West of Russia.

We remind that the Design Institute JSC «GT Morstroy» has successively developed pre-project proposals, Declaration of intent, feasibility study and project documentation for this object since 2018.

At the first stage of the project, it is planned to create an Artificial Land plot, shore protection and water area. The facilities of the first stage are already under construction.

At the second stage of the project, it is planned to create a Marine shipping terminal, which includes cargo berths, conveyor transport, process equipment of the waterfront, coastal General port facilities.

We obtained the positive conclusion of the FAU «Glavgosexpertiza of Russia» No. 47-1-3-016784-2019 from 03.07.2019 on the object - Industrial and Logistics Park (complex) for storage and transshipment of mineral fertilizers with storage facilities and railway infrastructure in the territory of the municipality «Vistino rural settlement» of the municipality «Kingisepp municipal district» in the Leningrad Region.  Marine transshipment terminal». The creation of operating waters, waterways and artificial land.

A note about it was made in the Unified State register of the expertise conclusions on project documentation of capital construction facilities.

Ultramar is implementing a large-scale project to build a new terminal for transshipment of mineral fertilizers in the port of Ust-Luga with a capacity of 12 million tons per year, the start up of which will fill the gap in port facilities for transshipment of fertilizers in the ports of the North-West Russia.

We obtained the positive conclusion from FAU «Glavgosexpertiza of Russia» No.47-1-1-3-014893-2019 on the project documentation and the results of engineering surveys for the object – Complex for production, storage and offloading of liquefied natural gas in the area of CS «Portovaya» stage 3: Construction of the Complex for production, storage and offloading of liquefied natural gas in the area of CS «Portovaya».

A note about it was made in the Unified State register of the expertise conclusions on project documentation of capital construction facilities.

The subcontractor of marine facilities is JSC «GT Morstroy»

The Complex for production, storage and offloading of LNG in the area of CS «Portovaya» is the complex of engineering and technological structures intended for reception of feed gas, gas processing, gas liquefaction, LNG storage and LNG shipping to LNG vessels-carriers with the further transportation to a receiving LNG terminal.

The complex of engineering and technical structures includes such items as:

• Marine transshipment terminal, consisting of:
• Technological berth with approach dam and protection structure
• Cryogenic pipe racks for hydrotechnical facilities
• Onshore facilities of administrative zone of the terminal

On June 04, 2019, there was approved the report on the planned special assessment of working conditions (SOUT) for 69 workplaces in JSC «GT Morstroy».

 By the results, the harmful and (or) dangerous production factors have not been identified, working conditions are optimal or permissible by results of researches (tests) and measurements of harmful and (or) dangerous production factors, working conditions conform to the state standard requirements of labor protection.

On the basis of the summary statement of carrying out the special assessment of working conditions – working conditions at 69 workplaces have been permissible (the 2nd class).

Measures to improve working conditions are not required according to the results of SOUT.

We  received the positive conclusion of  FAU «Glavgosexpertiza of Russia» No.00551-19/GGE-18625/07-01 from 7.05.2019 on the project documentation and the results of engineering surveys «Terminal of liquefied natural gas and stable gas condensate «Utrenniy».

As well as the positive conclusion on the estimated cost of the capital construction for this project documentation and the consolidated conclusion on the public technological and price audit of the investment project.

The customer is LLC «Arctic LNG-2».

The developer of project documentation for the preparatory period objects (OPP) is JSC «GT Morstroy».

We received the positive conclusion from the State Environmental Expertise of the project documentation «Terminal of liquefied natural gas and stable gas condensate «Utrenniy» (approved by the order of the Federal Service Department for natural resources supervision (Baltic-Arctic Marine Department of Rosprirodnadzor) from 7.03.2009 No. 53-p, conclusion No. 67).

The customer is LLC «Arctic LNG-2».

JSC «GT Morstroy» participated in development of  Investment substantiation, project, detailed design documentation and carried out designer supervision during implementation of the project «Terminal for reception, storage and regasification of LNG» in Kaliningrad region, for ensuring energy independence of  Kaliningrad region.

LNG Terminal is a unique facility built in the open sea, the first in the Russian Federation and the Baltic Sea.

 I note the responsible attitude of the specialists of the Design Institute JSC «GT Morstroy» to the solution of complex technical problems in the development of project, detailed design documentation for construction of a protective structure as a part of LNG Terminal, as well as during the supervision of the construction process.

High professionalism, prompt and competent solution of all emerging issues contributed to the quality and timely implementation of all construction and installation works at LNG Terminal.

«In accordance with the Contract, the specialists of the Testing Center of JSC «GT Morstroy» performed work on the next complex inspection and examination of berths No. 4, 5, floating berth No. 10, floating berth for mooring of the nuclear icebreaker «Lenin», as well as the bottom topography in operating waters of eleven berths of FSUE «Atomflot» in Murmansk.

The work was carried out in strict accordance with the technical requirements, the requirements of normative documents and in the terms specified by the Contract. Given that the work was carried out for working enterprise, the Customer notes a lack of cooperation and coordination of  JSC «GT Morstroy» with units of the enterprise, and efficient field work execution after the departure of ships from berths. The quality of the issued reporting materials deserves a positive assessment.
