Protective structure construction of the southern region of Ust-Luga Commercial Seaport has been completed.
«In accordance with the article No. 55 of the Town Planning Code of the Russian Federation it is allowed to commission the capital construction objects «Development of Ust-Luga Commercial Seaport. Port protective structure of the southern region waters of Ust-Luga Commercial Seaport. Site No. 2».
JSC «GT Morstroy» as the General Designer performed engineering surveys, developed project and detailed design documentation, carried out supervision and technical support of construction.
The purpose of the object:
Protection from ice effects, sediments and waves of the southern region of Ust-Luga Commercial Seaport:
The total length of protective structure is 2350 meters.

Specialists of Testing Center of JSC «GT Morstroy» have performed work on the next comprehensive searching and inspection of the berth No.PC-1…
In accordance with the Contract, in the period from September to November 2018, the specialists of the Testing Center of JSC «GT Morstroy» performed work on the next comprehensive searching and inspection of the berth № PK-1 (JSC «Sevzapmorgidrostroy»).
«The work was carried out in accordance with terms of the Contract and technical requirements, in a timely manner. The organization of work at the site of survey and the quality of reporting materials deserves a positive assessment.

We have obtained a positive conclusion from the FAU «Glavgosexpertiza of Russia» on project documentation and results of engineering surveys «Terminal for reception, storage and regasification of LNG in Kaliningrad Region …
We obtained the positive conclusion from the FAU «Glavgosexpertiza of Russia» No. EGRZ 39-1-1-3-006714-2018 from 7.12.2018 on the project documentation and the results of engineering surveys «Terminal for reception, storage and regasification of liquefied natural gas (LNG) in Kaliningrad Region».
We remind that in 2014 Design Institute JSC «GT Morstroy», as a sub-designer of the marine part, developed a Declaration of intent (DOI) and investment justification (IJ) for this terminal with cargo turnover of 2 million tons. The structure includes: protective structure (for protection against wave effects), berth with a technological platform, dolphins.
As well as from 2016 to 2018, employees of the Institute developed project and detailed design documentation for the protective structure, foundations of navigational signs and mooring hooks of the terminal in Kaliningrad Region.

We have obtained a positive conclusion from the State Ecological Expertise on project documentation «Brash ice management system for the main objects of the seaport in the area of Sabetta settlement».
We obtained the positive conclusion from the State Ecological Expertise on the project documentation «Brash ice management system (SKL) for the main facilities of the seaport (OOMP) in the area of Sabetta settlement (approved by the order of the Federal Service Department for natural resources supervision (Baltic-Arctic Marine Department of Rosprirodnadzor) from 27.11.2018 No. 221-EZ).
The Design Institute of JSC «GT Morstroy» as a part of this project documentation performed work on elements of brash ice management system, namely, water intake of sea water and distribution of the warmed water and compressed air in the water area of technological berths.
The customer is OJSC «Yamal LNG».
Design organization is LLC «Progress».
The contractor for BIMS elements is JSC «GT Morstroy».
The developer of the EIA (Environment Impact Assessment) is LLC «Eco-Express-Service».

Design Institute JSC «GT Morstroy» took a part in the 13th technical conference «Tank farms and oil terminals: from modern design to efficient operation», held within the framework of the 13th strategic congress on transportation, processing and trade of oil, LPG and petroleum products ― «Oil Terminal 2018».
Deputy Development Director of Design Institute JSC «GT Morstroy» Alexander Petrovich Strashniy made a presentation on November 23, 2018 about: «Overview of LPG and LNG terminals designed by JSC «GT Morstroy», told about the experience of JSC «GT Morstroy» in the design and implementation of marine transshipment complexes of LPG and LNG such as:
Such issues have been highlighted as the main technical and economic indicators of these ports, design at various stages and construction support.

We obtained the positive conclusion from the FAU «Glavgosexpertiza of Russia» No. EGRZ 47-1-1-3-003973-2018 from 1.11.2018 on the project documentation and the results of engineering surveys «Complex for production, storage and transshipment of liquefied natural gas in the area of CS Portovaya». Stage 4: Reconstruction of the existing berth in the area of Dalnaya Bay into port fleet berth.
Reconstruction is carried out to ensure the basing of ships of port fleet and maintenance of Marine LNG transshipment terminal. The length of mooring berth is 434 m for 10 units of ships of port fleet.
Port fleet berth is a part of complex object that is included in its organizational and territorial infrastructure.
The main functions of port fleet berth are:
Ensuring safe navigation mooring and parking of port fleet vessels;
Ensuring maintenance and lowering (lifting) of water floating port facilities and navigational equipment (SNO), floating fenders, as well as floating technical means for oil spills liquidation (LRN) (if necessary).
We remind that since 2015 the Design Institute JSC «GT Morstroy» has successively developed: Declaration of intent, Investment justification, project and detailed design documentation of the stages No.1-4 of «Complex for production, storage and transshipment of liquefied natural gas (LNG) in the area of CS «Portovaya».

We have received appreciation from JSC «ULCT».
The employees of the Testing center of JSC «GT Morstroy» received gratitude from the Director of construction and development of JSC «ULCT» D. V. Mulyukin:
«...In the period from March to June 2018, the specialists of the Testing center performed work on the next complex engineering survey and the next inspection of two berths (No.52, 53) and a temporary protective structure (part of the berth No. 54) located in Ust-Luga Commercial Seaport on the territory of the container terminal of JSC «ULCT» .
The work was performed in accordance with terms of the Contract and the technical requirements in a timely manner. The organization of work on survey site and the quality of reporting materials deserves a positive assessment.

The report on the special assessment of working conditions has been approved.
On June 25, 2018, there was approved the report on the special assessment of working conditions (SOUT) for 57 newly created workplaces.
According to the results of SOUT:
54 workplaces are classified as acceptable working conditions (2nd class);
3 workplaces are classified as hazardous working conditions (class 3.2).
Measures to improve working conditions are not required according to the results of SOUT.

JSC «GT Morstroy» has passed the accreditation procedure. The financial condition of the organization is quite stable. The accreditation is valid for 18 months. The organization meets the minimum requirements for accreditation specified in the standard procurement documentation («Requirements for the Supplier/Bidder for accreditation») imposed by the customer to the participant of procurement procedures of JSC «NK Rosneft».

As part of the Russian Investment Forum in Sochi, an agreement was signed for the development of front end engineering design of Multifunctional Transport Terminal LUGAPORT.
Director of the Design Institute has taken a part in the Russian Investment Forum in Sochi.
During the two-day business program of the forum, the President of GC «Novotrans» K. A. Goncharov and the Director of Design Institute JSC «GT Morstroy» L. V. Tozik signed an agreement on the development of front end engineering design of Multifunctional transport terminal LUGAPORT, the development of the 4th, 5th, 6th stages of General cargo complex and further implementation of the project «Construction of Ust-Luga Commercial Seaport (Leningrad Region)». The project provides for the creation of three terminals with a total turnover of 25 million tons per year.
We remind that the Design Institute JSC «GT Morstroy» is also a developer of documentation «Layout diagram of Ust-Luga»:
• Scheme for a total turnover of 120 million tons in 2007;
• Updated cargo turnover of 120 million tons in 2009;
• Updated cargo turnover of 193 million tons in 2013.
This work is a basis for the development program of financing of Ust-Luga port facilities from the Federal budget.
Marine transshipment terminals with a total cargo turnover of 72.1 million tons per year were designed, built and commissioned on the basis of Institute’s projects.

We obtained the positive conclusion from the FAU «Glavgosexpertiza of Russia» No. 078-18/GGE-11155/04 dated 24.01.2018 on the project documentation and the results of engineering surveys «Complex for production, storage and transshipment of liquefied natural gas in the area of CS «Portovaya». Stage 1: Construction of the preparatory period facilities for marine transshipment terminal to provide construction cargo receiving for LNG plant (Leningrad Region)». Additions and amendments have been made to the design documentation because of the optimization of berthing and protective structures construction.
We remind that the Design Institute JSC «GT Morstroy» has successively developed: Declaration of intent, Investment substantiation, project and detailed design documentation of the 1st stage for the project «Complex for production, storage and transshipment of liquefied natural gas (LNG) in the area of CS «Portovaya» since 2015.
