FRONT END ENGINEERING DESIGN (FEED)

FEED solves the following tasks:

• Assessment of the possibility to carry out the planned works in specific conditions;

• Identification of potential risks encountered in the process of project implementation;

• Determining of the preliminary cost and timing of the project;

• Determining of the necessity and the level of involvement of federal executive authorities;

• Agreement of the DOI with the Federal Agency of Sea and River Transport.

 

Scope of FEED:

• Development concept;

• General layout of the seaport;

• Pre-project proposals;

• Feasibility study of investments;

• Financial project;

• Declaration of intention (DOI).
