DESIGN

Design includes:

• Development of technical design assignment;

• Obtaining of initial permits, including technical conditions for connection with the networks of engineering and technical support (water supply and disposal, electricity, gas, heat) and communication networks (telephone, radio, television, dispatching) by attorney of the Customer (investor);

• Determining of project documentation scope in accordance with Government Resolution No. 87 dated 16.02.2008;

 

Development of sections of the stage «Project Documentation” in full, including such special sections as:

• List of environmental protection measures;

• Fire safety measures;

• Energy efficiency;

• Measures on prevention of emergency situations;

• Fisheries conservation measures;

• Measures against terrorist acts;

• Navigation safety;

• Vessel traffic management systems;

• AIDS to navigation;

• Coordination of project documentation with all interested services and local authorities in accordance with the legislation;

• Transfer of project documentation to the bodies of state expertise, support of design solutions and obtaining positive conclusions.

 

Development of technical part of tender documentation;

 

Development of detailed design documentation for the facilities construction.
